Mark Skibowski – Broker/Owner & Team Leader

A native of Michigan, Mark has been a resident of Kosciusko County since 2000 when he relocated with his family on Winona Lake in Warsaw. He has been a licensed Indiana Realtor® since 2004, affiliated with RE/MAX since 2006, and is currently Broker/Owner of the RE/MAX Lakes franchise. Mark holds an MBA in Management from Michigan State University and an Accounting degree from Oakland University. He served 22 years in the USAF, retiring as a Captain in 2004. Mark and his wife Teri have 2 daughters, two grandsons and enjoy spending time at their home on Winona Lake. In his free time Mark is an avid runner, completing 15 full marathons and barefoot waterskiiing on the many all sports lakes throughout Kosciusko County!

Kimberly Beaman – Broker

Kim works hard to provide her clients with the most positive real estate experience possible. A vital part of today's real estate industry is technology, and to that end she provides her clients with state-of-the art web tools and marketing.

She is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Santa Barbara, with 15 years of management experience and 18 years of real estate experience. Kim also served on the MLS Board of Directors for the Kosciusko Board of Realtors from 2012-2015.
